It appears we do this for the same reasons. And no, you can’t make fun of me. Well, I mean, you can, but I don’t care.
I’m trying in my mind to get a picture of what New Jersey transportation officials were thinking when they were working on their road system. The reason I started thinking about it was because I’ve driven through twice in the past week and a half. First was Christmas Eve, when I headed to Philly to spend time with my older brother and his wife and back the next day. The second was this...
Blame Matt.
I sort of realized that you could follow people, à la Twitter or LJ, but did not realize that you wouldn’t get notifications, like those services, for people who added you. Matt didn’t introduce me to this, but it’s interesting to know he has one too — and why he started. Why I started? Random. I had thought about it for a few hours and decided to bite the bullet and just do it....

This is going to be awesome once it gets rolling. And it’s a good thing Powazek is not afraid to throw punches, like in the Me magazine post.
I just set up my calendar for my academics this spring. It doesn’t look too bad, but it’s missing a class or two that I’m TA’ing, my internship, and oh yeah, the newspaper / YIR.
Did you know that a “combo” of two massive, “medium” sized beverages and a suffocation-size popcorn bucket cost $17 at the movie theater?
I find it a little more than crazy that one could spend as much for tickets as they could for snacks.
Did you also know I’m also exhibiting insomniatic tendencies?
Fun times.
It happens without fail every time I come home. I get all sneezy and sniffly from the excessive dust. Still can’t remember how I got through my childhood like this.

Lena: haha, it's 4pm, nic. i think it's time to put on some pants and start your day
Beth and I had a long conversation about gaussiarity or something like that. If I get on my other computer I’ll have to post it. It was weird.

I didn’t know you could write a title that ridiculously long. His comparisons to Penenberg’s reference to Einstein are particularly hilarious: Well, if Einstein predicted Apple’s business is doomed, it must be so, because we can all agree Einstein was one smart dude. (Perhaps Nostradamus foresaw this as well?)

We just had a conversation about this in the office. Seriously.
IT’S WEDNESDAY!
HOW ARE YOUR RELATIONSHIPS
– Via Dinosaur Comics As for me, I would rate my relationships: Relationships? What relationships?
I got a warning message from Microsoft Word today because I was running the same license on my computers. And I was somehow okay with this. I guess it’s all part of the transition.
